About the Project

exploreASEAN

Since 2001 the FHNW School of Business has offered final year students a unique chance to broaden their horizon by participating in interdisciplinary projects. exploreASEAN is unique in Switzerland, giving students the chance to plan, organize and lead a venture during a year besides their regular studies.

Final-year students, under the supervision of a professor of the FHNW, are responsible for diverse activities - giving examples of Partnership Relations, Budgeting, Communication and Overall Organization - in order to develop the project and build a steadily growing platform of knowledge; in our case about the connection of the ASEAN community.

The project teams’ aim is to get insights how to do business in ASEAN countries, and sharing findings on how to connect with businesses onsite with their participants.

What?

exploreASEAN Project Team and Delegation 2015-2016,Participants - Preparatory Seminar / Onsite Trip
Delegation 2015-2016

exploreASEAN consists of two main parts, open to participants and partners: a preparatory seminar and an onsite trip. For more detailed information see Participants - Preparatory Seminar / Onsite Trip.

Furthermore, this webpage ensures the spread of gained information among young talents beyond the boarders of the FHNW.

Creating a supportive platform for exactly those beneficial key connections as well as for networking purposes is our main goal. Also our partners when associating with the respective firms will benefit from this constant growing network. Partners have the opportunity to bond with onsite companies benefitting from insights in differentiated product offerings and processes.
